Perform headend duties consisting of setting levels, replacing bad equipment, adding new equipment for future channel additions, conducted and participated in a complete rewire of the headend.. Coordinating system technicians with Scientific Atlanta turn key personnel to activate and do proof of performance testing on new plant prior to acceptance. Administer budgetary objectives; and upon review of financial reports, prepare goals.

Summary of Duties: Responsible for a graveyard shift crew to change out all equipment in an electronic upgrade. In only a couple of months in this position I was moved to Chief Technician. Spectrum of responsibilities broadened with overseeing the rebuild, along with day-to-day operations, which included pole maintenance, drop material inventory, small extension design, installation, and service work. During my tenure I wrote an installation manual that the General Manager made as mandatory guidelines for the company, then it was recommended to corporate for company wide guidelines.

Summary of Duties: Transferred from Jacksonville, Arkansas system to North Little Rock to supervise Special Projects. These included small extension designs, updating mylars, all MDU wiring, new plant construction, filing proper documentation with all utilities, and highway department.

Summary of Duties: The system had just been built but not activated. First requirement was to stuff amps, activate, balance, and read end of lines before marketing. Once system was ready for marketing, my duties took on the normal day to day operation. Implemented an installation scheduling, and follow up procedure to monitor completion and verification of satisfaction from customer. Developed a preventive maintenance program that included rotating test points that were checked daily. Constructed and wired a local origination studio. Coordinated contract labor to trap the system for launching HBO.
